Job Summary: The Nuclear Med Technologist is responsible for preparing, measuring, and administering radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic studies. The technologist also performs and assists with Nuclear Medicine studies and participates in CQI activities while also maintaining all federal, state, local and regulatory agency requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AS degree required; BS preferred. Graduate from an approved school of Radiology Sciences with certification in Nuclear Medicine.
- Appropriate State Certification to practice and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
- Current license of Nuclear Medicine
- A current Basic Life Support (CPR) American Red Cross or American Heart Association Provider certification required.
