Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs those duties involved with a variety of technical procedures, administering radiopharmaceuticals for the purpose of detecting pathology and evaluating function. Operates all the equipment utilized within the department, participates in the establishment of scan protocols, responsible for ordering and tracking of all radiopharmaceuticals, and starting IVs. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff. Position requires call.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Florida State License Nuclear Medicine required
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or ARRT (N)
