Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Mobile Nuclear Medicine of West Florida is a small, private company that specializes in Cardiac Stress Tests and is contracted with several clinics in the Tampa Bay Area. We are looking for a NM Tech that can grow with us. As we are a mobile company, we also reimburse gas 80$ a month. We offer sick pay and 2 weeks off PTO per year.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures, our company specializes in nuclear cardiac stress tests
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications as directed by the physician.
- Operate imaging equipment to capture images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong knowledge of Nuclear Medicine procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing procedures and documenting patient information.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and advancements in the field.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cardiac stress tests or other specialized areas of medical imaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
