Unit Description: Join our General Medical/Surgical Critical Care Unit, where you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality care to a diverse range of patients. Our unit features a 12-bed ICU and a 9-bed PCU, catering to a variety of critical care needs. The patient-to-nurse ratios are maintained at 1:2 for the CCU and 1:3 for the PCU, ensuring that you can provide personalized care that makes a difference.

Patient Cases: As a Travel ICU Unit RN, you'll encounter a wide array of cases, including but not limited to:

• Sepsis
• Respiratory failure
• Medical surgeries
• Renal failure
• Liver failure
• Stroke
• Trauma
• Etoh/substance detox
• Substance overdose

Qualifications: To excel in this role, we're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
