Duties:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice based on clients' preferences and budget
- Research and stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry news
- Handle booking confirmations, itinerary changes, and cancellations
- Collaborate with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
- Process payments and manage client accounts
- Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the travel process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a related customer service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and other travel services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
- Sales skills to effectively promote travel packages and upsell additional services
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
