Manager, Transformation & Innovation
Primary Purpose
The Manager of Organizational Change Management will partner with various functions (P&C, OP, Finance, IT, PMO, etc.) and business leaders to identify, plan, and integrate new strategies and process improvements into organizational business models to improve success. They will act as a coach to company and project leaders, educating them on change management to help them fulfill the role of change sponsors/agents. This manager will apply knowledge and principles of change management theory and transition leadership to develop business leaders and the organization to adapt and meet new challenges and adjust to small and large-scale transitions. The Organizational Change Management Manager will exemplify 'leader of the function' leadership capabilities: Inspiring groups and people, developing functions, mobilizing with shared purpose, championing change, and shaping function strategy, while exhibiting the core partnership behaviors.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads the design of scalable, repeatable and sustainable large-scale organizational change management and team formation solutions that support adaptation, adoption, growth, enhanced and efficient organization performance.
- Establish and implement change management methodology
- Creates and implements programs that increase efficiency, strengthen capabilities and accelerate organizational and team performance
- Identifies, analyzes and prepares risk mitigation tactics in partnership with People & Culture Teams.
- Develops key metrics to assess effectiveness and ensure sustainability of programs developed and implemented
- Ensure a standard format of change management principles are applied through the project management lifecycle and integrate change management activities in to project plan
- Identifies financial and human capital resources to support change management needs.
- Act as a lead consultant to the organization in change management
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Change Management or related field is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Master's preferred in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Operations Management
- Procsi Change Management trained or certified preferred

- Requires ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions
- Requires ability to move freely about the office building
- Requires ability to lift/move/carry up to 25 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions

The annual salary range for this position is $130000 per year- $160000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills, and may vary from the range listed above.
