YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring high quality care and support for our residents
- Personnel management and development
- Planning, controlling and monitoring work processes
- Further development of nursing concepts and quality management processes
- Professional and organizational management of the nursing department
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d)
- A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to 80 SGB XI
- Binding and customeroriented appearance
- Several years of experience in managing inpatient nursing facilities and leading teams
- Knowledge of quality management as well as dealing with the legal framework in nursing
