Role Overview:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for the Young Oral Surgery portfolio of oral maxillofacial surgical and restorative products and brands including regenerative materials, intravenous medication and implant prosthetics. The Marketing Manager, in partnership with technical subject matter experts, will drive the creation of compelling content for new customer acquisition, to deepen customer engagement and to deliver on key strategic initiatives.This position reports directly to the Director of Product Development & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of your supervisor, and through partnership with cross functional teams in the business units, identify critical marketing initiatives needed to meet company goals including strategic initiatives, product launches and events.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of product and brand marketing efforts across the Oral Surgery division for campaigns, key initiatives, events, product launches, promotions, and other related marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners including subject matter experts, marketing technology, commercial leaders, and creative agencies ensuring that insights and learnings on audience, product and market are fed into campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with business units to establish campaign performance metrics and budgets.
- Develop creative content for multi-channel marketing campaigns and advocate the consistent application of brand standards across experiences.
- Present and defend innovative concepts to drive growth through creative go-to-market initiatives.
- Create and manage marketing calendar to meet strategic goals.
- Monitor and report the performance of campaigns and content with recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Manage media, marketing vendor and agency relationships.
- Serve as key Marketing liaison with several cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, etc).
- Demonstrate a passion for marketing and continued learning, including remaining informed of current trends.
- Develop a basic understanding of the portfolio products and their value propositions.
- Support Tradeshows on an as-needed basis.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of marketing experience; 2 years of project/marketing management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment handling numerous duties, managing budgets, balancing ongoing requests, setting priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Must exhibit strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Experience working with digital marketing campaigns or directing outside agencies on such campaigns and integrated CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, data, marketing & business metrics to assess the efficacy of marketing programs and drive creativity.
- High bias for taking ownership. Exceptional time-management and communication skills.
- Strong leader with an aptitude for organization who can prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Dental or medical industry is a plus.

Working Conditions
Office environment and occasional exposure to manufacturing plant environment, with some abnormal variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust and atmospheric conditions.
Pay Range: $90,000/yr. - $105,000.00/yr.
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
