SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Efficiently and accurately perform transcription of chart notes and correspondence by physicians and other professional staff utilizing appropriate transcription equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High school diploma or equivalent required
One (1) year relevant experience
