Role and Responsibilities:
- Skillful administration of IV therapies, including IVIG, in home settings.
- Regular patient health assessments and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
- Precise documentation of treatments and patient responses in the EMR.
- Collaborative work with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Efficient management and maintenance of infusion equipment.
- Patient and family education on infusion therapies and health management.
Qualifications:
- Active PA nursing license.
- Nursing degree with extensive RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN experience.
- ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Willingness for local travel within the Philadelphia area.
- Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
