The Assistant Training Analyst duties include:
• Create surveys or tests to evaluate an organization's training needs
• Assists with developing new training curriculum for computer systems or technology
• Create new training materials including presentations, handouts and guides
• Design activities or lessons to teach certain technical skills
• Revising current training courses or curriculum
• Assist training courses or presentations
• Evaluating the effectiveness of a training program by using surveys or tests
• Providing feedback to professionals to improve their technical skills
• Learning about new software programs or technology
• Assist managing Digital Services Training program calendar
• Assist with editing and presenting PowerPoint presentations.
• Perform all necessary administrative functions training events
• Utilize Teams channel or CIO meetings to disseminate training information throughout the organization.
• Enter course trainings in Learning Management System (LMS)
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

CONTRACT JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzes process and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
2. Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
