Training Specialist

Configura works with parametric configuration. We develop rules-based software to draw spaces in 2D and 3D for leading companies within the commercial furniture, kitchen, and material handling industries. WHAT WE OFFER YOU

The Training Specialist role consists of instructing and supporting users in their work with the software's developed by Configura.

As a Training Specialist at Configura, you will have both in-person and virtual classes for our existing and new CET Designer users in the commercial furniture industry and kitchen and bath industries. Some travel is required. Together with the rest of the team, you will also continue on-going development of curriculums, webinars and training materials.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality trainings in virtual and in-person formats
Develop and maintain various training curriculums
Comfortable working within e-learning and LMS systems

WHO WE BELIEVE YOU ARE

You have previous experience from planning and leading classes and love to teach others. A working knowledge of contract furniture or kitchen design industries is preferred.
