Position Summary
The Total Rewards Compensation Analyst Sr./JR. is responsible for ensuring the Company delivers effective, competitive pay to all employees. This position will assist in the development and management of Company compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, annual merit increase, job levels, market data, analysis of pay practices and all other pay programs and policies.

Compensation:
  • Designs and implements pay programs, policies and market studies - in collaboration with Total Rewards Compensation Team, HR colleagues and business leaders.
  • Develops, implements, and administers various incentive pay programs.
  • Support on tracking of earnings and managing accruals, to keep real-time estimates/projections of values for bonus programs.
  • Defines and implements effective pay guidelines and administrative practices (eligibility, targets, approvals, etc.)
  • Supports communication and change management efforts for compensation programs to increase understanding across the organization.
  • Supports compliance with compensation-related regulations.
  • Participates in salary surveys to ensure company compensation objectives are met.
  • Conducts job evaluations to ascertain proper grade, compensation level, and FLSA status.
  • Conducts salary analyses to evaluate internal equity, market competitiveness and compliance with the organization's pay practices with FLSA and wage laws, recommends changes as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
  • Researches, analyzes and organizes data into meaningful reports for compensation planning purposes.
  • Coordinates annual total reward statements.
  • Assists in the implementation and ongoing management of HRIS system

Compliance:
  • Ensures company compliance with various laws.
  • Assists in preparation various reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal/state agencies.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or technical diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years experience required; 6+ years preferred
  • 1+ year of industry experience required; 2+ preferred
  • Experience with salary surveys, benchmarking analysis, job classifications and job description creation
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive large/complex projects and programs.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organization, coaching, interpersonal and influencing skills. Adjusts message to fit audience; Commands attention and conveys messages with desired effect.
  • Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment. Establishes priorities and can quickly separate the mission-critical from the nice-to-do and the trivial.
  • Ability to organize work and stay on task to meet deadlines.
  • Responds with a sense of urgency; excellent follow through skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to present data to communicate insights and drive decisions.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgments that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, and government laws.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionally handles sensitive situations.
  • Must be able to work effectively and develop professional relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization. Delivers negative feedback without hesitation; Confronts and works through conflicts; Ability to overcome crises; Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Anticipates obstacles and adapts strategies accordingly; Sensitive to people and organizational needs; Knows how to get things done within the organization; Able to maneuver through complex situations effectively and quietly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point.
