RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop "best practices" and ensure documentation for all internal control procedures
• Implement training program for all employees and new-hires on SOP's and role-related practices
• Document and track training records for each employee
• Monitor the effectiveness of training and continually refine to ensure GDP and GMP
• Update flow charts for all positions and ensure procedures are clearly outlined for each role
• Develop clear pathways for cross training, internal growth, and career development

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Solid understanding of manufacturing best practices
• Understanding of each role within a plastic manufacturing facility
• Knowledge of good documentation practices (GDP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Previous experience with training in a manufacturing/production environment
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Training & development: 3 years (Preferred)
• Plastics Injection Molding: 2 years (Required)
