Long-Term Substitute Reading Specialist

THIS IS A 5 DAY EMERGENCY POSTING This is a long-term substitute position only and is available until approximately April 24, 2024 (or possibly longer). This position pays $120.00 per day. This position is accountable for assuming the responsibility for delivering high quality instruction through creativity, resourcefulness and sound judgement consistent with the curriculum frameworks, standards and the rules and regulations of the Billerica Public Schools.The successful candidate will be working with small groups of students to work on IEP reading goals. He/she should have a working knowledge of the Wilson, Sonday, and Orton Gillingham reading programs.
Preferred candidate should be licensed as an Reading Teacher with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
