SalaryFCCAA is seeking a Senior Training Specialist for our Senior Worker Advocacy Program! This key role builds partnerships with regional companies to assist them in attracting, retaining, and motivating Senior workers. The Training Specialist is also responsible for assisting companies and individuals in meeting training needs via partnership with community training resources or via the development and delivery of customized training. Key responsibilities for this position include: Meeting with regional business to identify training and development opportunities for senior workers; Assisting companies with developing strategies and programs to attract and retain workers in the 55+ demographic; Working with employers to identify and communicate job opportunities suitable for senior workers; Identifying local training resources to assist companies in meeting training needs for their Senior workforce; Developing customized curriculum and training for topics that are not available through community training programs; Providing training to Seniors on job search strategies and tasks including resume writing,
