- Assure the completion, accuracy and integrity of all migrant student records and create all necessary reports.
- Keep up-to-date on all new State data collection software and policies and disseminate the information to all staff.
- Attend local and State meetings and training, train recruiters and Student Support Specialists on new state processes and procedures related to data management.
- Update service codes, on a regular basis, to reflect supportive services provided to students.
- Coordinate additional projects related to student and school district data as assigned by the state MEP office, the Project Manager, or the Project Coordinator.
- Ability to assist Recruiters and Students Support Specialists with data collection tasks utilizing all software systems implemented by the State Office.
- Ability to organize data, records and files.
- Ability to effectively communicate with local and State staff, school personnel and the general public.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED). College training in area preferred.
- Bilingual Bicultural preferred
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, First Class e-mail system and Filemaker Pro.
