SCOPE OF POSITION
The Training Specialist will be responsible to assess, plan, implement, teach, and evaluate non-clinical courses for staff education directed toward the achievement of professional excellence. This individual must be willing to travel to all facilities. The Specialist will design, develop, and deliver new employee orientation and professional development courses, as well as the leadership courses. The Specialist will ensure AV resources, class roll, class evaluations, and handouts are available prior to class start time. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in the planning and organization of course schedules to meet the business need, as well as to evaluate and revise classes as needed. This individual may be required to complete special projects that support organizational changes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Education, Health Education, Organizational Management, or Instructional Design. Minimum one year experience in teaching. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
