Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and information to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for training materials
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and on and off site, ensuring effective delivery of content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Update and revise training materials as needed to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or technology
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
- Proven experience in curriculum development and adult education
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with SCORM standards and e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate
- Ability to present information effectively to individuals or groups
