Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Manages all phases of the salary survey process, including participation in provider salary and productivity surveys, responding to routine survey vendor requests, and analysis of returned survey data.
- Conducts department audits for both employed and contracted providers and/or provider groups to ensure providers are compensated according to the terms of their compensation plan.
- May build and maintain compensation department standard reporting, dashboards and metrics to monitor compensation programs.
- Participates in projects relating to compensation plan design and/or compensation as defined in an agreement with a contracted provider or provider group.
- May serve as compensation partner for assigned client group(s) to provide data, answer questions and respond to requests.
- Consults with assigned client group(s) to conduct specialty analysis.
- Conducts specialty evaluations and formulates recommendations for appropriate market range using market data.
- Participates in the annual market review of compensation plans.
- Analyzes compiled benchmark data and makes recommendations based on market findings.
- Provides overall departmental support to the annual benchmarking process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Human Resources
- 2 to 5 years of experience in compensation, medical practice operations or analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years Provider compensation experience
