Job Duties:

• Update and maintain employee files and training records for all non-administrative employees.
• Perform file audits for training documentation.
• Process employee terminations, including updating information in HRIS and conducting exit interviews.
• Perform monthly audits on expiration of driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance and connect with employees to obtain updated documents.
• Run annual MVR checks each month per schedule.
• Execute 30-day, 60-day, and annual check-ins with new employees.
• Assist the Director of HR with other tasks, as assigned.

This position is 25 hours per week, performed in office at our St. Paul location. We can collaborate on creating a schedule that works for both you and us as long as the hours are during normal business hours (8a-5p).
