Form of workNemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a US Army MEDCoE Systems Training Analyst II/III
Develop JCIDS documents IAW the TRADOC JCIDS writer guides. Develop supporting documents, such as cost analyses IAW the TRADOC JCIDS writers guides. Actively participate in numerous meetings/VTCs/telecons with diverse teams regarding MedSim training development. Attend all DoS updates on virtual media, when necessary. Coordinate with Government and Military Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the collaborative development of MedSim training requirements. Conduct research and develop analysis reports, design documents, and other documents necessary for the development of capability documents, applying Army writing style. Assist with the standardization of simulation capabilities and review medical sustainment training to determine best medical simulation solutions.
(1) Development of requirements documents for the Operational Medical Simulation Environment (OMSE)
(2) Building a Portfolio for Science and Technologies with technologies, prototypes and engagements
(3) Assist with operational testing and evaluations adhering to the Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) process to ensure the Simulator is appropriate for the required training task
(4) Injection of Medical Tasks into the STE leading to simulated model war-games focused on Medical Individual and Collective Task
(5) Assist with incorporating validated TADSS into MEDCoE approved curriculum, leading to a standardized Medical TADSS catalog
Qualifications:
Military medical training processes and Medical Simulation (MedSim) programs such as the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), Central Simulation Committee (CSC), and the Synthetic Training Environment (STE). Experience: 2-5 years
Knowledge of major issues, program goals and objectives, work processes and administrative operations that support operational medicine training. Experience: 2-5 years
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which impact the Army's medical force. Experience: 2-5 years
In-depth, knowledge of US Army operations, doctrine and regulations to identify and define requirements. Experience: 2-5 years
Support Hours:Normal Hours; Monday thru Friday
Place of Performance: Fort Sam Houston, TX
Travel: Limited Travel
