This position will help be responsible for the development of the Content Management solutions to meet the technical vision, strategy, and plan for modeling the Enterprise Content Management for all of CITGO business units, aligned with the business needs. This position will be responsible for the analysis, modeling, and design of SAP solutions for imaging, Content Management and archiving of records in our Content Server Repository. It will collaborate with Functional Analysts and business partners on requirements and design solutions for each business need. It will design and code solutions based on development standards and best practices approaches. It will be responsible for the implementation, testing, and administration of Enterprise Content Management solutions across CITGO. This position will be responsible for communications, issue resolution, implementation testing and training plans for each project. The work will entail SAP workbench knowledge and ABAP programming, JAVA, Web Reports, SQL.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree / The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is:
- College Degree (Bachelors Level) in computer science, Information Systems and 1+ years overall IT Experience or 5+ years overall IT Experience.

- Minimum 1+ years of technical functional SAP Experience in related field or positions.

Job Duties
Design. Develop. Implement. and Monitor - Develop within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to enable the Content Management solutions aligned with business needs. Analysis and design of SAP solutions for imaging, Content Management, and/or archiving. Initiate and encourage critical analysis of CITGO technical processes. Collaborate with industry groups. detailed knowledge of CITGO processes in specific areas of responsibility including interaction(s) with other business processes.Collaboration and Coordination - Design and develop new applications, forms, reports, workflows leveraging different Open Text products in the landscape. Collaborate with cross functional and technical project team members. Coordinate communications, issue resolution, implementation testing and training plans. Design and code based on development standards and approaches. Collaborate with Functional Analysts and Business Partners on requirements and solution design.System Integrity and Performance - Perform change management tasks required to successfully transfer new functionality to business processes and to responsible users. Coordinate with Information Security on network security and information asset protection policies and procedures to protect CITGO information assets in accordance with the acceptable risk levels determined by information asset owners. Anticipate and investigate production system problems/questions ascertaining root cause and corrective action needed. Design, develop, test and implement corrective action.Training - Plan, prepare and deliver appropriate training to end-users.Employment Type: OTHER
