PSG Training Developer

Introduction

The PSG Training Developer is responsible for efficient and effective development, maintenance and delivery of content- specific curriculums within the Physician Services Group. This individual will work closely with subject matter experts to assure course content and delivery models meet the needs of targeted audiences. This team member consistently demonstrates solid organizational, management and facilitation skills, professional behaviors, and lends technical expertise to all aspects of curriculum design and delivery. This individual demonstrates a strong service commitment by striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Develop educational strategies for both competency-based and operational-based education initiatives.
• Simultaneously manages multiple projects and assignments of various scales.
• Develop, revise and maintain content-specific, competency-based, and operational-based education programs as assigned, in conjunction with experts from the field.
• Deliver and support training initiatives for various groups, including leadership teams and end-users. Delivery methods may include instructor-led, train-the-trainer, virtual classroom, web-cast, or web based methodologies.
• Provide training support at implementations as requested.
• Coordinate logistics associated with education events and departmental meetings.
• Interact with internal SMEs and training standards to maintain departmental standards and consistency of development for the organization.
• Maintain training administration records.
• Review course evaluations and determine appropriate action to incorporate feedback intocurriculums.
• Utilize available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.
• Assist with documentation and maintenance of development standards and processes.
• Collaborate with other team members and lend support to development and delivery initiatives.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree 

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2-5 years training and development experience required
• Experience developing for various training environments (classroom, virtual, eLearning)Experience using e-learning programs such as Captivate, Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.
