Training Coordinator

The Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Training Coordinator to join The Prevention Center of Excellence (COE). The COE provides workforce development, training, coaching, and consultation for providers in Los Angeles County focused on addressing the challenges of adults, children, and families at high-risk for mental health problems due to adversity, trauma, and loss. You will provide a variety of administrative and coordinating services. Primary duties include: * Coordinate all COE trainings * Coordinate the purchase of project-specific and training-related services, supplies, and materials * Coordinate facilities, catering, audio-visual, and related live and virtual training needs * Develop and implement project-specific communication, including scheduling of meetings, conference calls, electronic communication * Processing reimbursements for project-related travel and training * Organize training materials, and prepare materials for live and virtual trainings * Maintain training documentation and records including attendance, evaluations, completion of trainings, and related documents * Other coordination and administrative duties as assigned Salary range: $28.23/hr - $40.44/hr

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, business, or related field (preferred) Knowledge of collaborative workgroup and reporting tools, including SalesForce, Access, and SharePoint Demonstrated skill in project management Demonstrated organizational skills Experience with project management software and/or platforms Experience developing online and print content Strong attention to detail Ability to manage relationships with various vendors
