Our Training Coordinator will develop, implement, manage, and evaluate professional development programs, events, and activities for various groups and individuals for the company. Making effective, informational, and motivational presentations to diverse audiences.
A typical day as a Training Coordinator could look like:
- Facilitating collaboration and communication among related to the development of professional development priorities, plans and programs.
- In consultation with appropriate parties, develops, schedules, and assesses New Employee Orientation programs.
- Developing methods and tools, collecting data, and evaluating the effectiveness of professional development activities and participation; preparing reports and recommendations related to outcomes and improvements.
This career may be for you if:
- You have four years of full-time, paid, professional-level experience in training and development, instructional design and delivery, training coordination or related occupation. Experience with employee development focus is desirable.
- You have a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university. Coursework in education, teaching, workforce education, adult education, occupational training, or a related field is desirable.
- You have knowledge of basic principles of promotion, publicity, marketing, and advertising.
