TRAINING COORDINATOR

You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule training programs, ensuring that trainers and participants are properly informed and prepared
• Develop training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
• Assist in the design and implementation of training initiatives, tailoring programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and making improvements as needed
• Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring that all training activities are accurately recorded and reported
• Provide administrative support to trainers and participants, assisting with logistics, registration, and other tasks as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs to address them
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our training programs

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of prior training or production supervisory experience in an Ethanol Plant 
• Strong knowledge of Plant Operator functions
• Proficient in Microsoft, Word and Excel
• Highschool Degree or equivalent

Location:

Levelland, TX
Salary:

$65K-$85K - commensurate with experience
