About the role:
The Training Administrator will lead projects related to content development to include the standardization, creation and updating of student workbooks, instructor guides, video training, eLearning, remote led courses and any other training delivery methods needed. Software used would include adobe pdf pro, PowerPoint, easy generator, captivate, articulate, storyline, adobe premiere, screen capture programs and so forth.
What you will do:
- Develop, update and standardize student workbooks, instructor guides and other resources for instructor led courses.
- Ensure course materials follow established policies and standards. Recommend improvements and new methods of content delivery and design.
- Development of on demand videos, remote led training, classroom and eLearning courses etc. Training Administrator may act as developer or as project manager with outside vendors
- Provide support on the Learning Management System (LMS) administration and trained dealers on using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Resolving CRM tickets by supporting dealer Training Administrators and dealer instructors.
- Support instructors by helping with resource preparation in class, assisting in lab activities, or general logistics activities required by the lead instructor.

Hybrid office schedule up to 25% travel as needed
What you need to have:
- Training content design
- Video and eLearning course development
- Experience in managing content development projects
- Adult learning concepts
- Learning Management System use and administration
- Proficient in MS Office; Adobe creative suite, eLearning authoring software, video editing software etc
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in managing content development projects
What would be nice to have:
- Technical skills knowledge - electrical hydraulics, mechanical etc.
- Project management - 3-5 years
- Virtual training experience
- Experience in various forms of training content development using software such as Captivate, Storyline, Articulate, Adobe premiere or similar.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time
