Shift: Primarily weekends
Compensation: Comission based

Job Summary:

Essential Functions:

• Greet customers at our booth and assist them in choosing the right suppressor
• Understand our "process" and why we make the process simple
• Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers ensure they have what they need

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Sales experience required
• Ability to travel (US Only) and work weekends primarily
• Overcome objections and not afraid to ask for the sale
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
• Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
