Job Summary:

Essential Functions:
- Greet customers at our booth and assist them in choosing the right suppressor
- Understand our "process" and why we make the process simple
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers ensure they have what they need
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales experience required
- Ability to travel (US Only) and work weekends primarily
- Overcome objections and not afraid to ask for the sale
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
