In this role, you will be responsible to supervise, train, and inspect the assigned Banquet staff's performance, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy that guides respective staff.

Requirements:
- Prior culinary background within hotels
- Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Hyatt brand experience is a plus
