Effectively interact with Traders, Salespersons, Operations Staff and Clearing Firm for the following:
TRADING/OPERATIONS:
Order Entry / Trade Execution for Equities, Options, Fixed Income, FX, International
TRADE SUPPORT:
Trade Processing
Order Allocation
Crosses
Trade Break Reconciliation and Remediation
Settlements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills
Superior oral and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and analytical ability
Experience with and knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and Options markets
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in an active Trading Desk environment
Functional knowledge of Trade Processing and Settlement
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years Trade Operations /Support experience required
Licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 4, Series 63 required (Series 55 advantageous)
Systems/OMS: Market Trader, Bloomberg, Fidelity/NFS systems (FBSI, BTAM, Wealthscape), TRACE, MSRB, or other major clearing platforms
Intermediate to Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Multilingual a plus
