Operations Support Specialist Job Description: (non-exempt)

I. Position Summary:

The Operations Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Operations and Quality control to support our dental offices. Responsible for providing inventory control, purchasing assistance, simple office repairs when needed, computer help desk needs. Must have great work ethic and be willing to go the extra mile. Must know Excel formulas and inventory management. Experience in healthcare is helpful but not necessary. This position provides support to our PDS and LDFCB personnel.

II. Position Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree preferred or two years' experience

2. Good communication skills

3. Excellent computer skills

4. Excellent time management and organization skills; ability to prioritize own workload and multitask effectively and independently

5. Strong analytical skills

6. Purchasing experience

7. Inventory control experience

8. General office maintenance knowledge

III. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

2. Provide basic facility maintenance at corporate office

3. Maintain inventory management with all offices and managers

4. Coordinate purchasing and keep track of supplies, vendors and related needs

5. Timely and accurate day to day support for smooth operations of vendor supplies to offices

IV. Supervisions & Management Responsibility

Reports to Chief of Operations (COO)

VI. Evaluations

Conducted annually by COO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
