Position: Trade Marketing Specialist

Join our dynamic team at a growing international company and take part in crafting strategies for the American market. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing Trade Marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments and client needs to support sales efforts and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales objectives.
• Creating engaging marketing materials and sales support tools, including presentations, brochures, and OKNOPLAST product guides.
• Coordinating promotional activities, events, and trade shows to showcase OKNOPLAST products and services and generate leads.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of Trade Marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Conducting regular market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape shifts.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales data to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with marketing efforts.
• Collaborating with Central Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, marketing trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work independently with high self-discipline.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
• Significant experience working in an international environment, especially with European companies, is highly desirable.
