Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of Trade Marketing coordination, communication, and development. This will include procurement of trade assets, correspondence with various vendors, collaboration with each department, and performing other duties as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement:
• Carry out the procurement of Trade Marketing materials.
• Vendor Communication:
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Maintain open lines of communication to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
• Asset Development:
• Collaborate with the Graphics Manager to develop trade assets that align with the company's branding and support various departments' initiatives.
• Team Support:
• Anticipate and fulfill the trade asset requirements of internal departments and external B2B stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with the Trade Operations Specialist to oversee and manage the inventory of trade assets, ensuring optimal levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
• Distribution:
• Intentionally and efficiently distribute trade assets.
• Other Duties:
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support and enhance overall Trade Marketing operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations or a related field.
• ERP Systems experience is a plus.
• Shipping experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
