We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.
The representative will familiarize himself/herself with the lab testing workflow and develop deep understanding of clients' needs. Conduct sales calls with physicians, office managers, case managers, NP's and other sales targets. Create positive and lasting relationships with physicians and facilities. Identify and target potential client through referrals and networking. Analyze client needs and recommend solutions. Stay up to date with industry needs and competitive services. Provide clients with technical information. Call points for this position include mental health clinics, pain management clinics, suboxone clinics, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries to target
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to negotiate effectively
