Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and manage accounts
- Assist with outside sales activities, including attending meetings and conferences
- Provide technical sales support to customers, answering questions and providing product information
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and provide account management support
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
