Nature of work:

The Operations Support carries out duties, tasks, and projects specific to tournament operations.

Examples of work performed:

• Pulling tournament equipment to and from event
• Various job duties during pretournament registration, i.e. greeting and checking in anglers, obtaining liability releases from tournament participants
• Setup and performing boat check for tournament takeoff
• Ensure appropriate appearance and professionalism while assisting with circuits/tournaments
• Assist with requesting, loading, and labeling any necessary sponsor products on the Event Trailer before an event
• Ensure tournament expense reports are accurately and promptly submitted to the Accounting Department
• Assisting with lakeside setup, operation and teardown at MLFLW events
• Loading of equipment onto trailer after weigh-in is complete
• Maintaining driving requirements to pull equipment, i.e. CDL, DOT regulations
• Wrapping Trailers, fabrication and welding when needed
• Help with general maintenance on trailers each winter
• Any other events or duties assigned
