Lamers Tour & Travel is a motorcoach group tour operator offering one-day and multi-day excursions throughout Florida and the U.S. We have an immediate opening for a part-time Tour Office Assistant to manage customer tour payments and reservations, as well as develop tours. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., but can be flexible.
Responsibilities include: planning and operating single and two-day tours, taking vacation reservations over the phone, data entry into tour booking system and manage check and credit card payments. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, phone etiquette, good customer service and creative writing skills required to communicate effectively with potential travelers. An understanding of Google Maps would be a plus.

- Strong Work Ethic, Dependability, Positive Attitude, Organization and Multitasking, Ability to take constructive criticism while learning new responsibilities, basic math skills.
- Must be able to meet critical deadlines.
- Be proficient in existing computer programs including Microsoft Word; Publisher; Excel, Outlook and the Tour Booking System.
