Big Machine Distillery is a fast-growing premium spirits company with corporate offices located on Music Row. The sister company to Big Machine Label Group, Big Machine Distillery operates in a fast-paced, creative environment and serves as the hub for our multi-state sales team, our three tasting rooms located on 3rd Ave in downtown Nashville, on Bransford Ave in Berry Hill and our main distillery in Lynnville, TN. The Brand is growing nationally, leading to new and exciting ventures daily.
Description:
- Continuously engage and communicate with customers regarding products and positively represent the brand.
- Generate excitement, brand awareness, and increase product sales through sampling and promotions.
- Conduct guided tours of the distillery; stay up to date with the continually evolving Tour Guide script.
- Prepare and serve samples of our spirits.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as policies regarding payment and exchanges
- Clean shelves, counters, and tables in the tasting rooms
- Take inventory and replenish stock as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be enthusiastic, energetic and enjoy talking with people.
- Must be able to regularly work weekends.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize well.
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with fellow employees and guests.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift/move products.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
