Pathways one of the largest national providers of accessible, outcome-based behavioral and mental health services, is searching for a compassionate, caring, growth-minded Senior Total Rewards Manager.
About Your Role:
The Senior Total Rewards Manager is the leader responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and managing the organization's Total Rewards programs. This includes compensation structures, health and welfare benefits packages, 401k, recognition programs, and other elements aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. The role involves collaboration with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners to ensure the alignment of Total Rewards strategies with organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy and executive plan aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Provide partnership and guidance on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure processes are documented with the goal of continuous process improvement for accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead the design and administration of the organization's compensation programs, including salary structures, pay models, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market analyses to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Analyze and identify internal pay equity needs across the organization.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.
  • Partner with Benefit Vendors and Consultants to ensure our programs operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits offerings based on market trends, employee needs, and compliance/regulatory changes.
  • Ensure Benefit programs comply with plan specifications, federal rules, laws, and company guidelines.
  • Develop and manage employee recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure recognition initiatives align with organizational values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to integrate Total Rewards with performance management processes.
  • Ensure that compensation and rewards align with individual and organizational performance goals.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Directs the preparation and filing of required reports and payments to government agencies, insurance carriers, other organizations, and individual employees
  • Ensure Total Rewards programs comply with legal requirements.
  • Communicate Total Rewards programs to employees and provide education on the value and utilization of benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR and management on Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for Total Rewards programs.
  • Conduct financial analyses to assess the cost-effectiveness and impact of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage, develop, and cross-train team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or 5+ years experience
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards management, including compensation and benefits design
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and recognition programs
  • Strong understanding of market trends and best practices in Total Rewards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
