Tops has been serving one of kind bar- b-q to the midsouth for 70 years. Our number one goal is to deliver a top-quality product with top-quality service. Tops has 17 locations across the tri-state area to include Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas and are well known for their mouth-watering bar-b-q, ribs, briskets, and burgers.
Tops is looking for great people to add to our restaurant teams.
Responsibilities
- Assign tasks and duties to employees
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with friendly service and a quality product
- Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met
- Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits
- Motivates and coaches team members and assists in the training of new team members.
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
- Handle customer and employee complaints
- Maintains fast, accurate and outstanding service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in a food service industry preferred
- Must be able open to schedule flexibility
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift up to 20lbs
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to multitask
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation.
- Working well within a team
- Full understanding of industry safety standards
