Tool Room Technician / Tool Maker
Youngstown, OH
Up to $24/hour based on experience
1^st shift working Mon-Fri from 648 am to 320 pm
Contract to Hire opportunity

As a Tool Room Technician you will provide daily production support for repair and PM of tooling and equipment used in the various processes throughout the plant.
Duties/Responsibilities

Repair and maintain all injection molds.
Build and repair spare parts for Molding and Maintenance as requested.
Design, build and maintain fixtures, gages, and special tooling as requested.
Design and build EOAT for product run.
Repair and maintain all machines in the Tool Room (CNC, manual mill, surface grinder, etc.)
Perform insert changes per production schedule.

Skills/Qualifications

3 or more years experience as a Tool Room Technician
Experience working with manual machines in a Tool Room required.
Experience with measuring tools and gages
Experience with injection molds a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Will be subject to other pre-employment screening.
