Our client, based in Beverly Hills, is in search of a California licensed Psychiatrist, demonstrating a fervor for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Dual Diagnosis Psychiatry. This role offers substantial prospects for professional growth and equity within a thriving practice. It involves a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work.

What You Can Expect:

• Competitive base compensation $250,000 - $300,000, complemented by bonuses and 10% equity opportunities

Your Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
• Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), preferred
• Must be licensed in California license
• Proven experience in treating depression and addiction disorders
• Familiarity with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is advantageous
• Dedication to maintaining excellence in telemedicine
• Review and assess treatment plans developed by Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
• Provide mentorship to NPs
• Take the lead in implementing quality assurance plans for the entire team
• Monitor and track patient progress
