We are looking for a Title Processor/Pre-Closer responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Open File
• Order the Search
• Clear Title issues
• Order Payoff, Surveys, Estoppels, HOA
• Contact parties involved to gather information and documents
• Prepare the Pre-Closing Disclosure

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
