Title Processor/Closer

Title experience required, title license not required. Immediate position available for a full-time family friendly Title Processor/Closer at a high volume title office located in New Port Richey. We are also a high volume legal office and will offer the opportunity for tremendous growth throughout the company while benefiting from the small business family friendly environment. We recommend you have strong computer skills whereas the position engages multiple online as well as internal software platforms. Strong multi-task abilities are a huge benefit in the position. Position will be Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am- 5:30 pm, in-person at our office. Occasional event requirements on weekends (no more than 2 per year).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of title experience
• Double Time/ ECDT Software Experience a Plus
• Attention to detail is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, etc)
• Friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone/e-mail

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and coordinating customer and Realtor requests
• Opening files and initiating intake paperwork and establishing files
• Working well with senior management and adapting to the days schedule
• Calling and coordinating parties, including Realtors, community associations, lenders, lien holders, etc
• Working with title manager to handle post-closing matters and issue policies in accordance with commitment requirements
• Communicate with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure accurate transactions while providing the best customer service.
• Perform cash based closings during your work day if needed for overflow work
