We are growing! Knoxville owned Title Company has an immediate opening for a Pre Processor to work with real estate agents, developers, mortgage brokers, lenders, buyers, and sellers on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
We are looking for a HAPPY, experienced, detail oriented and self-motivated person with strong in-person/phone/written customer communication skills and a desire to assist customers have a positive experience closing their real estate transactions.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Review and set‐up new files upon receipt, as required.
- Order searches
- Review title commitment, clear title
- Prepare files for closing.
- Work with closer/legal/underwriting to cure title as needed.
- Gather all information/documentation for closing (e.g., payoffs, homeowners insurance, HOA termite/sewer/septic letters, surveys, EM checks, funding, etc.).
- Act as facilitator to all parties throughout the closing process.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, consumers, lenders, Realtors and builders.
- Answer and return calls and emails

Experience:
- MUST KNOW SOFTPRO
- Real Estate Title: 1 year
- Must be comfortable working in an electronic (paperless) environment with exceptionally strong computer skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
