Public Title Services, LLC is a successful and stable Title Insurance Agency with amazing culture looking for the right candidate as an IN-HOUSE Escrow Officer. We are a High-Volume Title Agency looking for an Experienced IN-HOUSE Escrow Closer. High Volume closing anywhere from 60-80 transactions a month split between two teams. You will have a dedicated processor to assist you with your files. We have our own Order Entry Specialist, Processing Team, Closing Team and Post Closing Team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Review files in their entirety after processing is complete.
- Examine and confirm the requirements on title commitments are cleared and review lender closing instructions for compliance status.
- Provide positive, constant communication with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions.
- Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, insurance certificates, pest inspections, etc.
- Preparation of CD's, settlement statements, deeds, and other settlement documents.
- Compliance all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims.
Qualifications and Skills
- Maintain professional demeanor and high level of customer service at all times.
- 2-3 years’ experience in title insurance and processing procedures, not loan or time share closing
- Experience with the Qualia software program preferred, but not required. We can train the right person!
