BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, experience in leading multiple initiatives is strongly desired4+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful business solutionsHands on engineering leader who can nurture working with highly motivated and extremely talented engineers to work on high visibility online productsExtremely familiar with frontend concepts and technologies. Experiences with frontend federated module management, codegen technologies and performance improvements is a bonusDemonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teamsAbility to think and act strategically for all stakeholders. Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumenOrganizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track in a distributed global engineering ecosystemSelf-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environmentExcellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audienceSomeone with strong belief in agile and lean thinking have a passion for developer velocity, engineering and operational excellenceStrong business acumen.
