ABOUT TITANIC TENNESSEE LLC

Titanic Tennessee LLC is a stage production inside the Titanic Museum in both Branson, MO and Pigeon Forge, TN. We open the door to the past in a one-of-a-kind way letting "passengers" experience what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins, and Grand Staircase of the Titanic while surrounded by more than 400 artifacts directly from the ship and its passengers.

Our Crew Members use their creativity and talent to celebrate the Titanic's timeless awe-inspiring legend, passengers, and crew. We know that we would not be able to create a great experience for our guests without our exceptional team. This is why we offer competitive pay and a fun work environment that is unlike any other.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAST CREW MEMBER

As a Cast Crew Member, you are an engaging performer. To create your character, you dress in costume and deliver speeches to guests one-on-one or in large groups as they tour the museum. By gaining accurate knowledge of the passengers of the Titanic and artifacts displayed throughout the museum, you bring the story of the Titanic to life. Your expertise also allows you to be able to answer questions and introduce Titanic trivia unheard of by the general public. You happily engage with guests and assist in making their experience a memorable one.

We also offer live Facebook productions as well as podcasts where you have the opportunity to display your exceptional acting skills. When we hold special events at the museum or other locations, you assist with set up. You enjoy coming to work each day ready to live in the world of the Titanic and share that with those that visit us.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable Transportation
• Public speaking experience
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High School Eductation or more
• Ability to remember, recall and recite facts to others
• Availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift or carry 10lbs. or less

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMISSIONS MEMBER

As an Admissions Member, you are excited to be part of our exceptional team. You are typically the first face our guests see. Cheerfully, you greet and direct them, all while offering exceptional customer service. While accepting payment for tickets, you ensure that the amounts are correct, and the cash drawer is balanced.

Due to your interest us, it is easy for you to memorize information that you will share in speeches with our guests. Both large groups and those you interact with one-on-one enjoy the presentations that you may provide. You expertly answer questions, and when challenging situations arise, you use your strong customer service skills to resolve concerns. You enjoy the variety in your job, the opportunity to learn and expand your skills, and most importantly that you have fun!

WORK SCHEDULE

This $15.00 hourly position offers a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is perfect if you are looking for something that can work around class or family schedules. This is a part time position with the potential to be full time after 90 days of successful employment.
