Crew Team Member/Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated Associate to join our Le Macaron French Pastries team! This is an entry-level role into Accounting & Finance. Candidate must be willing to work at all 3 of our locations - downtown Nashville, Cool Springs Galleria and Murfreesboro (The Avenue). This role has dual responsibilities, working in our cafe 20+ hours/week as a Crew Team Member (interfacing with customers) and help manage our accounting and Financial Reporting platforms 10 - 20 hours/week remotely. While in the store supporting our business, tips are included which generally average between $10-12/hour on top of the base pay of $16/hour.

Job Requirements, Skill Sets & Experience:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including:

• month and end-year process​
• accounts payable​
• general ledger​
• budgeting (create & monitor)​
• sales & expense forecasting​
• debt activity​

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements​

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles​

• Coordinate and complete annual audits​

• Provide recommendations​

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions​

• Meet financial accounting objectives​

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

• Works with the following programs - experience in these are a plus:

• Microsoft Excel - advanced
• Microsoft Powerpoint
• Tableau
• Microsoft Outlook - calendar management
• Quickbooks
